Our computerised Customer Service operation is independently assessed on a regular basis to ensure the rigorous operating standards that offer the highest levels of workmanship and outstanding values are maintained. This is particularly appropriate to your machine maintenance needs, an area where Rotowash truly excel. Should your Rotowash require repair our Customer Support will take care of you, with just one phone call, 020 8847 4545. On your instructions we will arrange for one of our local Field Engineers to visit and fix on site, minimum disruption, minimum down-time, minimum cost.

If you are looking for the ease and convenience of a pre-planned maintenance structure then Rotowash has the PMA (Preventative Maintenance Agreement) pack available. This renewable annual contract provides for regular on-site inspections of your Rotowash machine, that are automatically initiated by our computerised Customer Service team at the appropriate time, plus a fast response to any unexpected breakdowns, plus regular Health & Safety Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). No wonder many thousands of our customers choose this excellent way of ensuring low running costs and proper servicing of their Rotowash equipment.

Total Quality Support
Our Nationally based Field Engineers work from fully equipped Company vehicles fitted with mobile phones for fast communication and speedy response. They also carry with them all major spares for models up to 12 years old, enabling them to achieve fast on site repairs with the minimum of down-time and the minimum cost to you, the customer.

Our Field Engineers and Service Technicians operate under a Quality Customer Service management system assessed and registered by N.Q.A. a leading external monitoring organisation, to the demanding standards of ISO 9001.
