ROTOWASH SERVICING OPTIONS
1. Preventative maintenance agreement (PMA)
Regular, scheduled maintenance to keep your machine running smoothly. Under a PMA:
- You’ll only pay for any parts fitted.
- Labour and call-out charges are included, offering significant savings compared to reactive servicing.
2. Reactive servicing
On-demand service for unexpected issues.
- Includes a call-out fee and labour costs (charged at a one-hour minimum, then in half-hour increments).
- While flexible, two reactive calls per year may cost more than a PMA.

Managed by our UK Service Manager, based in our Head Office, we employ a dedicated team of engineers located throughout the UK.
Our engineers have all received specialist training in servicing and maintaining the full range of Rotowash floor cleaning machines.
Strategically located within designated territories across the UK, each engineer carries sufficient spare parts to be able to quickly resolve any service issues so as to minimise downtime and avoid disruption to your workflow or business.
