PLANNED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

The Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) operates on a rolling twelve-month basis and covers our customers for all call out and labour costs in the event of emergency repairs. Not only that, but the PMA provides a managed maintenance programme with planned service visits carried out on a five-month cycle. Additionally, as a part of the PMA, our Engineer will carry out a Portable Appliance Test (PAT) and leave you with relevant certification confirming the test results.

While the PMA is one of our greatest strengths, it does have a downside in that if machines that are regularly serviced and looked after, they can last for over seven years. This is of course a fantastic testament to one of the benefits of the Rotowash machine and demonstrates that a Rotowash is excellent value for money.
