Rotowash is committed to providing the best in customer care and see selling a machine as only the start of the customer relationship. We recognise the importance in providing you with comprehensive support, which we do through our Service Department.
Managed by our UK Service Manager, based in our Head Office, we employ a dedicated team of engineers located throughout the UK. Our engineers have all received specialist training in servicing and maintaining the full range of Rotowash floor cleaning machines. Strategically located within designated territories across the UK, each engineer carries sufficient spare parts to be able to quickly resolve any service issues so as to minimise downtime and avoid disruption to your workflow or business.
Occasionally, an on-site inspection by our engineer may determine that some form of major repairs are required. Where this is the case, arrangements are made to ship your machine to our Head Office workshop where more in-depth work can be carried out but only after you have given us the necessary approvals for these works to proceed.
Our approach to service is unique in that we are able to service and maintain ourselves and so do not engage any third party sub-contractor to carry out these works.
Service is available on an ad-hoc basis, as and when required, which incurs a call-out charge as well as charges for both labour and parts. Labour is charged at a minimum one hour and increases by ½ hour increments thereafter. Alternatively, service can be planned as part of a preventive maintenance agreement (PMA).
